You play on Sega Saturn or emulator on PC?
At the time it was on real hardware. But due to space constraints I now use emulation using hyperspin
Play them without a pick, play arpeggios with your fingers and see how it goes...
"Hehehehe" 😂
@@_Vortex3929 Saw that did ya bro x
@atv-c0m I did. You been streaming of late?
They normally blow up instantly
Yo
Whaasssuup bro?! We need to have a catch up soon 😊
😂😂😂 if only Rockstar cared about its game
Random thought while watching your video, I wish someone had a pedal that made and electric sound as close to an acoustic as these do. Never thought about how they are basically electric guitars with good effects on board.
I totally get where you’re coming from but it works the other way round. There are pedals that make electric guitars sound like acoustics but not the other way. But in this case it’s really about the strings. The body on a full acoustic obviously is the main part of its sound. But in the case of the SLG, not so much. But if you put electric guitar strings onto this guitar it would sound more like electric guitar with the added bonus of the acoustic pickups and preamp. BUT…. Then you have to think that you can’t really do that on the nylon strung version you would miss the point and… it’s not built for that sort of string tension, so I wouldn’t advise it…. Also, with an electric you must take the pickups, which are VERY different from the bridge transducer and body transducer with the preamp on the SLGs. Electric pickup are so vastly different that putting acoustic stings like phosphor bronze etc just would be quite right…. So, either way round…. You’re caught between a ‘ROCK’ & ‘ROLL’ and maybe a hard case… Clear as mud? Maybe a follow up video on this is warranted. What do you all think.? Thanks for stoppin n poppin in. Great question and point, 🎉
@@atv-c0m Great points! I keep talking myself in and out of this guitar because I have electric guitars. I love my nylon acoustic but don’t get to play those as much as much because of the in room sound. I’ve tired the sim pedals and just realized thanks to you why they don’t work as well. The most surprising thing to me is how well the nylon sounds with overdrive and distortion in some videos.
stupid rubbish
Is it good for rock?
Well it’s an acoustic so if it’s acoustic rock yeah it’s fine. But i will say that even though it doesn’t have the usual acoustic hollow body. It still reacts like a full acoustic. So if you put it through a distortion effect, it will sound exactly as you would expect a full acoustic to sound. Muffled, honky, full of feedback at high levels. All the usual. So in short… No… Not really. I hope that answers your question. And thanks for keeping the conversation alive.
Thanks for review, but I got a question. Previously I already had SLG 200s, but I sold it after I moved to a good isolated flat and lived alone. Now live with my girlfriend and I think to buy it again. The issue is that my flat has 2 rooms separated by WC/Bad (Room 1 - WC/Bad - Room 2), but there are no doors at all. Kitched on the second floor also without any door between. If I remember SLG 200s was pretty silent, but metal strings are not silent. It would 100% help with closed door, but I think it will be still noticable in my situation in case I'm in room 1 and my girlfriend sleeping in room 2. This is why I'm taking a look on a Nylon version and I wanted classical guitar anyways :) Questio is, do you think that slg 200 N version will help in my case in comparison with slg 200 S? Probably if I will hard strumming, no, but if soft fingerstyle playing? Just learning something like tremolo or training songs like game of thrones, last of us etc...? Thanks for any info! :) p.s. its less important, but interesting point aswell - Do you know if this guitar exist with max 46mm neck? Normally I play steel strings and 45mm neck. So 52mm would be probably overkill and dont know if I will adapt to such differences here and there all the time.
Well yeah this is certainly a good idea for your case.. But If you are more used to a steel strung guitar the sound and feel is very different. This is a classical guitar at heart (as modern as it looks). I does look exactly as the steel version from afar, but its when you get up close that you notice the differences. The sound will be so different than what you are used to when strumming. Nylon strings react very differently when strummed and do not (ever) give the same tone. As for the playing experience, although better IMHO. Again is so far away from steel. Although I would love to tell you that yeas it's exactly what you need in your situation. I can't. It would certaily tick a lot of your boxes but it would put a hard X on many others. I hate to be the one to say it buuut.... You really need to try one for yourself to fully know for sure. Not the answer you wanted to hear I know but I used to manage a guitar shop back in the day and I also worked in fitted suit retail and tailoring and they are the same thing. Guitars , like suits. Should always be tried on and made to measure. I hope this has helped in some small way, and thanks for your question and keeping the conversation going.. It's great that after a few years there are still more cases of people wanting these great instruments... Thanks again.
Handsome on all angles❤
R u forgetting to check ur comments?😂
Bless
Ohhhh😮
Wot r u doing😂
Heyooo wifey. What I’m doing is in the title but I think you figured that out by now … lol 💋
A lot of work to do on levels of that Lavaliere mic and some of the focus points on the far cams... I'll get there...
That’s a cool concept! Nice explanation
Are you in the United States? Can i get your number see if you can fix my mixer is exactly the same
I’m afraid not I’m in the UK. But if you’re having the same issue it was a relatively simple procedure. You may be able to follow this video as a guide? Sorry
So now I still have to have my own quiet private room to learn the guitar just as I would have a normal one while I'm not yet learned to avoid getting nasty comments shit.
They should have called it the Ninja Guitar. Yamaha missed a trick there!
I could get behind a name like that. Yamaha… whadup wi dat?!
I liked your video very much. Thanks for sharing it.
Thanks for stopping by. Glad you liked it. Hopefully there more here you’ll like. Thanks again
Awesome will pop along in the morning
An awesome megamix of additions, so many treats 👀 I could have also spend absolute hundreds in there, the prices generally really fair - great to see stores like that, they deserve to do well and be supported. Nice one 😉👍
100% yes I agree. Thanks for watching and commenting...
i just picked one up for $150 USD. i bought it for the gain, but the clean channel sounds incredible with some reverb and chorus.
I know right!! That's a great price too. It's an awesome little amp cause it sounds so BIG!!
@@atv-c0m yes and i love the stereo effect of the reverb. i want to try running it through some studio monitors and see if it makes the stereo effect even more immersive.
'Promo sm'
?whaaaat?
I have an Ibanez like this and these pickups are not cool, I put two Dimarzio's used in the JS1200 and the sound was very good
Tis true they are not the best, the most basic they do but you can get over this by settings on your amp or effects. The best way is always to change out the pickups.
Augghhhhh crap again 😂
😂😂 brilliant mate love it
Holy clucking hell. That n gage bundle is amazing! Which n gage version did you get? You got an instagram or Facebook account? I have a question to ask you
I don't have a FB or Instagram anymore for the Retro Rescue as, as a channel it doesn't exist anymore. But I am hoping to start videos and streams again soon on this current version of my channel. So keep an eye out and thanks for checking out my content. As for the N-Gage it's a Gp1 so I think one of the first versions... A lucky find indeed for a steal!
@@atv-c0m the reason I asked if you had any other social media is because I have 3 n gage games that I’m looking to move on and that wrestling game peeked my interest so didn’t know if I had any you would be interested in and maybe get a deal done. I own the QD which means I don’t need to keep removing the battery to play games. Your version you do. Still an amazing deal nonetheless!
I can't believe how cheap that shop was! You can't find an N-Gage for less than £100 on eBay for the console alone. £38 for a PSP in the cabinet, a PS Vita for less than £70 IIRC?? That's cheaper than I'd even find them on Facebook Marketplace where i live (Cornwall). I'd have easily spent £600+ in that store 😅👍 nice pick-ups 💯
Many thanks for your comment and stopping by. Yes an amazing haul and a great little shop with so so much. I would have got more but was keeping things sensible for once....
N-Gage's at least QD models are around $50-60USD on Ebay regularly.
@@PJ-sv4iw we're in the UK though. Import duty, taxes etc means that buying "cheaper" overseas is actually more expensive.
Ah, i see.@@KillerSockPuppet
Ужасный мутный звук, очень дешёвая электроника, звучит как игрушка.
what! do you want? no sound ? that is a good amount of silence. I agree to @sgtjoe2008's comment on this vid
Not to be funny here, but I'm sure you understand sarcasm, satire and irony. These videos after the very first one are all about how there is no real way of them being completely silent. These videos (other than the first) were never meant to be taken too seriously. I thought I'd got that across in my manner. I guess my sarcasm is far subtler than I have always imagined it to be... Thanks for continuing the conversation. This is what RUclips should be about...

Yup you’re right. My bad for uploading this late at night with my eyes closed. Thanks
you spelled it wrong...
Another late night upload and sleepy Austin makes a mistake. Thanks
Great to see you back lad 🤟🏻
Ello boyo! Yeah it's been a hot minute and just been cagigering and moving around some stuff and thought, thy not put what I still have back on the tubes. Not sure when /if I'll get to make new content or gaming videos let alone live streaming. But i'l;l certainly be more available to pop into yours and others now.. Hope you and Mrs Egg are well?
Awesome mate be great to see a return though and thanks all good here.. Best wishes to you and the Mrs 🤟🏻
I used to love this game so much. Ohh the music, it was was amazing for its time, but damn....it was a tough game. I think you can appreciate just how much money this game took off me. I've also got this on MAME, I never completed it, ended up giving up, too frustrating. It was far, far easier watching someone (you lol) else get frustrated.
1988 not 1998
I really liked this game, but it was so difficult. The difficulty spike in level 2 is one the the biggest on the NES!
Agreed but what a game! If you make it through the whole video, well done sir... lol
Damn this brings back memories, I remember watching the breakfast show every tuesday (I think it was) after school.
Hey dude! Good to hear from you. I know I've been absent, but super busy. I'm consolidating my channels and video and may do some streams again.. Maybe even the odd breakfast show..
@@atv-c0m sounds good 👍
classic right here lol :) miss you mate
Whasssup Sprite! Miss you too.... How are you, love to you and Jess. How goes married life...
I have a behringer mixer and mine gets a slight bit warm above the master faders again like you said about the power supplies so for anyone else that's normal if your behringer mixer is warm thete
Hi there. Yes this is normal in these models and some other variants. Although the people I repaired this for only noticed after the issues. But by then they were always cautious about if it was going to blow again but it’s perfectly normal. So no need to worry. In newer models Behringer have solved or made it so this does not happen or at least is less noticeable. Many thanks for you message and keeping the conversation going. Be safe Aus
My mixer isn't a power mixer but I was just pointing out that they all r warm there and like you said it's normal
I'm sorry, i misread your message...lol I thought you were asking me if it's normal.@@MatthewLT420Oh well, at least we have put that question to rest for those who ask.. Thanks again for your contribution to the video.
Thanks, good to know. Still expensive 825,- Euro
Amazing that they are still popular enough to keep this price and in fact to rise this much. Thanks for stopping by.
Regarding marketing speak. I have one of those carbon fibre like round back guitar. When I put it on a stand I don't hear the sound of clapping despite the fact I now have a 'Standing Ovation' ... (though they also do an Applause Version to be fair) ... Curiously they don't do an STD version ... I guess the Ovation 'Clap' wouldn't go down very well, specially for guitarists trying to errr? 'scratch' for a living. Thanks.
It’s true and a worthy point to add to the discussion. Let’s hope these manufacturers take heed! Thanks for stopping by
Nice!
Haha thank you mate. Just felt in the mood
Great video!!! Very Helpfull!!
